MPACT  Malinois is owned and founded by Penny Winegartner to breed Malinois that can go from Dog Sports to Home Companion.  I am a member in good standing with the America Belgian Malinois Club and the American Working Malinois Association. I am a retired AKC (ten years), USDAA (twelve years), NADAC (seven years) and ASCA (seven years) Agility judge. My goal is to make a positive impact on the breed by producing Malinois that are stable in temperament, well structured and will have all the drive that is needed for whatever task their owners ask of them while meeting the breed standard in looks.
